Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026. Photo To Info is built to protect privacy, so this policy is intentionally specific about what happens, and what does not happen, to your data.
1. Summary
Your images are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to any server, and we do not collect, store, view or sell your images, their metadata or your GPS coordinates.
2. Images and metadata
When you choose a file, your browser reads it into memory. The audit report and cleaned copy are created on your device, and you decide whether to download them. Closing or reloading the tab releases them from memory. We do not use accounts, so there is no profile that could link files to you.
3. Information we do not collect
Photo To Info does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, location, device identifiers, image contents, EXIF values or file names through the tool.
4. Information stored on your device
If you change the colour theme, the site saves that one preference (light or dark) in your browser local storage so it is remembered next time. It contains no personal data, stays on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.
5. Third-party resources
To load quickly, the site uses public content delivery networks for fonts (Google Fonts), icons (Font Awesome via cdnjs) and two JavaScript libraries (jsDelivr). Like any web host, these providers can receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your browser requests those files. They never receive your images.
6. Server logs and analytics
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and reliability. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will describe it here first and it will never include image data.
7. Cookies and advertising
Photo To Info does not set tracking cookies itself. If we enable Google AdSense or another ad service, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalised ads where the law allows. You can manage ad personalisation through your Google ad settings and your browser. Advertising partners will never be given your images or metadata, and we will update this policy and request any consent required before ads appear.
8. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
Processing in the browser reduces exposure by design. We also use a strict Content Security Policy, validate file signatures and restrict external script sources. No online service can promise perfect security, so please keep your browser up to date.
10. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing to access, correct or delete. If privacy laws in your region (such as GDPR or CCPA) give you rights over data we may hold, such as emails you send us, contact us and we will respond.
11. International use
The website may be accessed from many countries. Your images remain on your own device, and any technical data handled by third-party providers may be processed in countries other than yours.
12. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest update, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
13. Contact
For privacy questions write to Contact@toolskit.store. Please do not attach photos that contain personal information.
