Photo To InfoTerms and Conditions
Last updated: November 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Photo To Info website and tool, operated under the toolskit.store brand. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By opening or using Photo To Info you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. What the service does
Photo To Info lets you inspect the metadata embedded in JPEG, PNG and WebP images and create cleaned copies, all inside your own browser. We do not receive, host or review your images.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tool is lawful where you live.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tool only for lawful purposes and only with images you own or have permission to process. You must not:
- use the service to hide evidence of a crime, to infringe copyright or to mislead others about the origin of an image;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scan or reverse engineer the website beyond what the law permits;
- copy the website, its text or design for resale or for a competing service without written permission;
- use automated tools to place excessive load on the site.
5. Your content and responsibility
Your images stay on your device. You keep all rights in them, and we claim none. You are solely responsible for reviewing every cleaned file before you share it, because metadata removal in a browser has format-specific limits described in the How It Works page.
6. Intellectual property
The Photo To Info name, logo, design, text and source code are owned by their respective owners and protected by applicable law. Third-party libraries such as ExifReader and JSZip are used under their own open source licences.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or that every piece of hidden data will be removed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photo To Info, toolskit.store and their owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of privacy, data, income or reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
9. Third-party services and advertising
The website loads fonts, icons and scripts from third-party content delivery networks. If advertising is enabled in the future, ads will be provided by third parties who have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that you reach through links or ads.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
11. Termination
We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, warranty disclaimers and liability limits, will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised by email so that we can try to resolve it informally.
